I am anxious, I sleep little, and the quality of the few hours I get is poor. Some mornings, I wake up and all I remember from the night is the darkest darkness. I think there is no better time to bring to life the fantasy of my subconscious to express what my mind is going through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus began the experiment. I have a small notebook on the shelf next to my bed. Every morning, I wake up and, before even getting out of bed, I jot down what I dreamt the night before.
